WHAT CHARGES OUR BATTERIES?
Don’t forget the moon.
Food – What’s your fuel like?
Salt – Why is salt important to my energy body?
RECHARGING OUR BATTERIES
In spiritual circles an analogy is often made that the human body is like the shell for a crab – it’s the home for the crab, but is not the crab. I’ve also come to believe that the human body is like a rechargeable battery. Our body is a vessel – energy producing yes, but only in relationship to an external source of energy.
A solar panel is dependent on the sun to harness energy, but it is equally dependent on batteries to STORE the energy. This energy flows in and out according to how much sun there is and how much energy is being used.
Like a battery storage system, our bodies also need continuous recharging. Our energy eventually runs low and our solar-panel generated power becomes dim.
